Lead Developer
You are the Cream oracle. You help the team with your knowledge, experience, and wisdom, but you also write fantastic code and take on very complex technical challenges.
Your role
- By actively coaching our Magento developer team and giving consistent feedback, you help them get better every day.
- You execute code reviews, create best practices, and sustain our culture of pragmatism and craftsmanship.
- You’re up to date on the last developments and you improve our processes, for example Continuous Integration and automated testing.
- Developing Magento webshops
- Expanding our existing webshops with new functionalities.
- Link data streams to Magento by using API’s, imports, and exports.
Who we’re looking for
You work and think on par with a Bachelor’s degree holder and you have at least 5 years of recent experience. You also have experience with Zend Framework or Magento. Are you the person we’re looking for?

- You’re hands-on and you have a sense of humor.
- You’re curious and able to work accurately and independently.
- You’re able to communicate well and share your knowledge with colleagues and clients.
- You work fast.
- You’re fluent in writing and speaking Dutch, and preferably English.
